The Lymington Players are a long-standing amateur dramatic society based in the New Forest, staging high-quality productions at the historic Lymington Centre Theatre. They needed a website that would both celebrate their work and act as a functional hub for show promotion, membership, and community engagement.
As lead designer and developer, I created a bespoke WordPress website that captures the group’s energy and heritage while offering practical tools for managing performances and outreach. The design uses rich imagery, bold typography, and a warm palette to evoke the welcoming, creative spirit of the Players.
The site features a custom event system for upcoming productions, with clear show listings, ticket information, and easy updates by the committee. It also includes details on how to get involved—whether on stage, behind the scenes, or as a supporter.
Fully responsive and easy to maintain, the new site gives Lymington Players a professional digital home that supports their continued growth and community impact.
